Key

Responsibilities

 

• Ensure promptly respond to customer inquiries 

• Assist customers effectively by solving customer disputes

• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

• Tactfully handle stressful situations

• Ensure good customer relationships 

• Ensure fast and accurate response to email, online and phone inquiries, give advice and guidance on products to customers

• Assist with daily operations dispatch and liaise product repairs for customers

 

Qualifications

 

•       Minimum of 2 years’ online Customer Service experience

•       Familiar with eBay, Aliexpress, Trademe, Amazon, or other B2C online trading channels will be an advantage

•       Comprehensive understanding of product lines eg. Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Sports Equipment etc. or prepared to learn

•       Have great sense of Customer Service, good at communicating and problem solving

•       Good English communication skills – in written and verbal
